PETITION TO TERMINATE PROTECTIVE ORDER

Use this form if you wish to terminate a previously filed Domestic Violence Petition or Domestic Violence Protective Order.  You must bring this form in person to the Circuit Clerk's Office with your drivers license.

***Please Note:  Domestic Violence Protective Orders are still in effect until the Family Court Judge signs an order stating otherwise.
