Governor Joe Manchin has called for a Special Primary Election to be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 for the purpose of nominating candidates to fill the unexpired term of the late Robert C. Byrd in the United States Senate. To view the proclamation, please click here.

Polls will open at 6:30 am and close at 7:30 pm. Voters should report to their normal assigned precincts to vote.
